Drink rice thick, creamy and very delicious with a unique flavor of rice mixed with vanilla that makes it incredible with ice and seasonings to taste but the best is cinnamon, do not miss this delight.
Ingredients:
1 cup of rice = 220gr
8 cups of water, each cup equals 250ml = 2 liters
½ cdita salt
2 cinnamon sticks
2 teaspoons of vanilla or to taste
1 cup of Sugar = 220gr or then add sugar to taste.
1 liter of milk = 4 cups, each cup has 250ml
At your service:
Crushed or diced ice
Cinnamon powder
Condensed milk (optional)
Chocolate chips (optional)
Colored sparks (optional)
preparation:
Place water, rice, salt and cinnamon sticks in a pot. Cook over medium-low heat until the rice is undone, about 35-40 minutes.
Let cool add the milk, vanilla and sugar to taste mix well and then blend in batches.
Take to the fridge. Reserve. In case of thickening when cooling, add a little liquid milk to release, it should look like an atoll.
When serving pour plenty of ice in the glasses, pour the rice chicha, add a stream of condensed milk, or sprinkle with cinnamon powder, or with chocolate chips, delicious.
