A very delicious cake, easy to make and gluten free that we can ask for more and if you want to prepare it also without lactose, a delight do not miss this recipe you will love it
ingredients:
220g of sugar = 1 cup
150 g of Butter (at room temperature) = 7 tablespoons
6 Eggs
125ml of Milk = 1/2 cup
350 g of rice flour = 2 cups
100 g of corn starch (cornstarch) = 3/4 cup = 6 tablespoons
Baking powder - 2 tablespoons
Grated skin of 1 lemon
preparation:
Preheat the oven to 180º C. = 350º F
Spread a round mold with butter, cover with vegetable paper, spread again with butter, sprinkle with rice flour and set aside.
Beat the sugar very well with the butter and the lemon zest.
Add the eggs and milk, little by little and beat well to make a homogeneous mass.
Add the flours and finally the baking powder.
Pour the dough into a mold and take it to the oven, at 180ºC, 350ºF for about 40 minutes, more or less or until it is golden, try the stick
Remove from the oven, let cool and .. .. Enjoy!
