A very easy and delicious and nutritious way to prepare a chicken that everyone will love, you will not waste anything and the children will eat everything and ask for more, do not miss this recipe.
Ingredients:
(to marinate the chicken)
2 hammered chicken breasts
1/2 cup of milk (125 ml)
2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
1 tablespoon of soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon salt.
1 pinch of black pepper
1/2 teaspoon cornstarch
(for preparation)
1 onion cut in julienne
4 slices of mozarella cheese
2 slices of ham
4 slices of pineapple (can be in syrup or natural)
2 tablespoons of oil
preparation:
In a bowl put the milk with the oil, soy sauce, salt, pepper and cornstarch, mix well and place the breasts there to marinate, the longer they are much better.
We put a deep frying pan to heat and place the ham, so that it browns a little on both sides, remove the ham and reserve, place the pineapple so that it browns very well on both sides for a few minutes, remove and reserve.
Now in the same pan add the 2 tablespoons of oil, let warm a little,
add the onion and let fry a few minutes, remove and reserve.
Remove the chicken from the marinade and so wet put it in the pan, let cook several minutes on each side until you see that the chicken is done.
When the chicken is cooked on both sides, lower the heat to low and place the marinade, add the onion and mix and place the ham on the chicken, then the cheese and finally the pineapple, that each breast is completely covered.
Cover the pan and let it cook so that the cheese melts and a milk sauce is created, check when you see that the melted cheese mixes the sauce a bit so it does not stick.
When you see that the cheese is well melted and the sauce specifies, the Hawaiian chicken is ready.
Accompanies preferably with rice and salad.
