It is a very simple cake to elaborate but at the same time, it is very original and tasty, with a different touch to the flavors that we are used to.
Ingredients
3 guavas
4 eggs
2, 1/2 cups leavening wheat flour = 350 gr
3 teaspoons baking powder
1 natural yogurt = 125gr
1 cup sugar = 220gr
1 touch cinnamon
1 cup oil = 250ml
Steps
Place the guavas, oil, eggs and yogurt in the blender, blend a little and add the sugar, liquefy more or less 5 minutes.
Cole this mixture in a fine sieve and place in a large enough bowl where all the ingredients fit, add the leavening flour together with the baking powder and the cinnamon mixed and previously sifted and mix with manual mixer until there is a homogeneous mass.
Place the mixture in a previously greased and floured mold and bake at 180 ° C for about 40-45 minutes, until you check that the guava cake is well made.
Finally, remove the guava cake from the oven, let it cool first and then remove it. You can cut it and fill it with some cream of your choice or serve it
