So as you all know PewDiePie is the #1 top YouTuber out there to date with over 37 million subscribers and over 9 BILLION total views. It should be a no brainer that he is making a ton of money playing and commentating over funny games.

On July 7th a Swedish newspaper release an articles stating that PewDiePie made roughly around $7.4 million dollars in the year of 2014 alone. Not to much time has passed and yet this is already trending on Facebook, twitter, and google, and even BBC has done an article on this.
Apparently there is alot of "very, very, angry people" that are really mad at why someone like PewDiePie makes so much money for just simply recording himself play video games.
I can understand in a sense where some people are coming from but that is only because i already know that they do not understand YouTube or how it works like many other people out there but what they all fail to notice is that if you want to be successful on YouTube it is no cake walk. It takes so much effort and countless hours, strategy's and not to mention talent. It makes me angry because many people are failing to realize that PewDiePie works and has worked very hard to get where he is today.
In 2013 it was said that he made $4 million dollars that year also and it seems like with each year this keeps getting brought back up. PewDiePie responds to these things with "money doesnt make you happy" and "i just want to make videos that you guys enjoy" in his "lets talk about money" video that was just released on his channel addressing the many news articles. He also mentions in his video about how he has raised over $1 MILLION for charity but of course things like that do not get picked up and get very many news articles like it should. It just goes to show people mostly focus on the negative.
I love PewDiePie because even tho he makes alot of money doing YouTube he is very humble and does not go around flashing his money like many famous people do. I also believe that he deserves every bit of the money he has earned and people should just stop being jealous over what they don't have.
