A sinfully delicious cake, very elegant and very easy to make and sure that everyone will love it.
Ingredients:
4 puff pastry dough discs (the size of a plate)
300g chocolate spread (Nutella or other)
Strawberry or peach sweet to taste
Sugar to taste
1 beaten egg
preparation:
.-Line a baking tray with parchment paper and arrange the first puff pastry dough on the paper.
.- With a spoon distribute Nutella more or less 100gr on the dough disk leaving an outer edge on the disc without chocolate of 1 centimeter or so, pass water on that outer edge.
.- On the first disc with the chocolate, place another disc and repeat in the same way as the previous time, the application of the chocolate on that disc, and water again on the outer edge.
Place another disc and repeat the entire process again.
Place the last disc and leave it clean, on the already assembled cake, roll lightly without setting so that the chocolate inside is evenly distributed, with the tips of the fingers press on the outside of the cake to join and seal the 4 discs
.- With the mouth of a glass mark a circle in the center of the cake.
.- From the outer line of the circle marked on the cake with a knife make 16 cuts of equal size on the cake and then begin to fold them 2 by 2 giving 2 turns in each, which held with the right hand to the right and that of the left hand to the left, follow the procedure until you have made 8 points.
.- varnish the cake with the beaten egg, sprinkle a little sugar on it and take it to the oven at 180ºc or 350ºf for 30 minutes or until golden, remove immediately from the oven, let cool a little.
.- Brush sweet strawberry or peach throughout the cake and is ready to eat.
