A unique cake with the delicacy of a pudding, creamy and with the touch and perfume of coffee that will fall in love with you and does not need an oven, do not miss this recipe.
ingredients
250g of cookies Mary
500ml of milk, = 2 cups
1 can of condensed milk
4 eggs
250ml of strong, cold coffee. (1 cup)
2 tablespoons of corn starch.
1 Teaspoon vanilla extract
ground cinnamon to taste
Preparation mode
Gather eggs, milk, condensed milk, corn starch, vanilla and mix well.
Then bring to the heat, stirring always until it thickens and remove from the heat.
Crush 50g of cookies and reserve. Pass the rest through the coffee and place them in a container in alternating layers with cream, so that the last layer is cream.
Sprinkle cinnamon and then a bit of cracker
Take to the cold until the moment of serving. Serve cold.
