Contrary to what most people imagine that cake does not exist in Holland ... this cake emerged in Brazil, is a mixture of flavors, very refreshing as it resembles a vanilla ice cream with chocolate coating, really amazing .
INGREDIENTS
dough
200 grams of maria biscuit (1 package)
100g melted butter (6 tablespoons)
1 pack of cookies with chocolate top
cream
30ml of water = 3 tablespoons
10 gr (1 sachet) of unflavored gelatin = 1 scoop
100g of butter at room temperature (6 tablespoons)
125ml of milk (1/2 cup)
1 can of condensed milk (395g)
1 tablespoon of vanilla essence
400g of fresh milk cream - put in the freezer for 20 minutes before beating
coverage
200g of half bitter, black or milk chocolate
100ml of milk
1 tablespoon butter
PREPARATION
dough
- Crush the cookies maria in a processor or blender to make a flour
- Mix with the melted butter forming a moist dough and cover the bottom of the mold. Squeeze the dough causing a "plate" to form at the bottom of the mold.
- On the sides of the mold place the cookies with the chocolate out. Lightly press the cookies so that they are firm on the bottom of the cookie dough maria.
- Take the mold to the refrigerator for 30 minutes to cool and harden, while preparing the filling.

Put the gelatin to hydrate in a little water.
Boil the butter with the milk, place the hydrated gelatin and boil it so that the gelatin dissolves, stirring always with a spoon, when it starts to boil, remove it from the heat and add the condensed milk and the vanilla essence, stir well and reserve minutes to get warm.
Meanwhile, beat the cold cream until it is in the point of chantilly, forming peaks. Mix gently with butter cream, condensed milk and gelatin.
- Place the cream on the cookie base and take it to the refrigerator for at least 3 hours. If you want to accelerate, take to the freezer for one hour.
coverage
Mix the chocolate, milk and butter, microwave for 2 minutes and mix until fully incorporated.
Place the ganache cream on the already cold cream and smooth with a spatula if necessary.
Take the fridge 2 or 3 hours more and it's ready to enjoy.
