A chicken made so easily and is so delicious that it is irresistible, do not miss this recipe that you will love.
Ingredients:
2 cups of water (500ml)
500gr of chicken breast cut into cubes
1 leek cut into wheels
1 cup of milk cream (250ml)
2 tablespoons of oil
2 cubes of chicken broth
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1 cup of milk (250ml)
salt to taste
black pepper to taste.
preparation:
In a pan heat the oil and fry the chicken until it browns, add the leeks and cook for 2 minutes.
Dissolve the cubes of chicken broth and cornstarch in a cup of milk (250ml).
Put a pot on the fire with the 2 cups of water, let it boil and add the previous preparation and mix well, let it cook over medium heat until it starts to boil, remove from heat and add to the preparation of chicken with leeks
Add to the salt milk sauce to taste and let it cook over medium low heat for 15 minutes.
Serve accompanied by vegetables, or rice, or pasta, as you like.
