A super delicious cake, unique, healthy, very easy to make and with a flavor so special that you will love it from the first bite and you will not be able to stop doing it from now on, it is incredible!
ingredients:
the cake:
3 medium carrots.
4 eggs
3/4 cup vegetable oil = 200ml
1 cup of sugar = 220gr
1 1/2 cup of wheat flour = 210gr.
1 tablespoon baking powder, baking powder
1 pinch of salt
the coverage:
3/4 cup of chocolate powder = 125gr
4 tablespoons of sugar = 80gr
1 tablespoon cornstarch = 15 gr
1 tablespoon of butter = 25 gr
1/2 cup of water = 125 ml
1 greased and floured 20cm round mold
Preparation method:
Preheat the oven to 180 ° C,
Place the flour, salt and yeast in a bowl, through the sieve, mix.
Cut the carrots into slices and place in the liquor with the eggs, oil and sugar and beat to form a homogeneous mixture.
Add the blender mixture to the bowl with the flour, the yeast and the salt.
With a wire whisk, mix gently until smooth and even.
Transfer the dough to the mold and take it to the preheated oven at 180ºc for about 40 or 45 minutes. Unmold, cut to medium if you want to fill and let cool.
Prepare the chocolate cream by mixing all the ingredients and bring to the heat mixing until it boils and thickens, still hot fill and cover the cake.
